手术过程
所使用的技术取决于患者问题类型。通常，主刀医生会在耳后切一个小创口 以暴露耳软骨，然后将其调整成所需的形状并重新放回。有时会使用永久缝 线缝合调整使耳朵保持在新位置，也有可能切除大块软骨，以便在术后形成 更自然的褶皱。而另一种技术则是主刀医生通过缝合使软骨折叠，此技术不 需要切除软骨。
在大多数情况下，耳部整形术会在耳后留下一道浅浅的疤痕，随着时间推移 会逐渐淡化。即使患者仅有一侧为招风耳，通常主刀医生会对双耳进行手 术，使双耳看起来更加对称自然。
Pre Operative Care
Inform your surgeon of any allergies, all medical conditions, and any medication that you are taking (both prescription and non-prescription).
Avoid aspirin and brufen-containing medication for two weeks prior to surgery to eliminate the chance of post op. bleeding.
You should not smoke for 2 weeks prior to surgery as this may affect your reaction to the anaesthetic and prolong the healing process. Patients that suffer from hypertension must inform the surgeon prior to surgery.

术后护理术后护理
手术后，主刀医生会用绷带包扎患者头部，使耳朵保持在所需位置并有助于 加快愈合的速度。手术后的2-3天内，患者可能会感到搏动性的疼痛或耳痛， 这都属于正常现象，这些症状会随时间推移而消失。
在约2至3天后，患者可以从绷带更换为轻便的头巾，并最终可更换为发带， 且必须全程佩戴包扎敷药，特别是在夜间入睡时。
在缝合创口后，缝线将在约1周内被拆除或自行吸收。
每位患者因人而异，术后可能会出现以下副作用：暂时性搏动性疼痛、肿 胀、发红以及麻木感。
在手术后最开始的2至3个月内，患者应避免需要剧烈活动或对抗性运动，并 能在5至7天内恢复正常工作或上学。
