整形手术
本手术是将眉毛和深层肌肉上提，以达到平展前额，淡化眉间皱纹，使下垂的眉毛恢复原来位置的效果。医生一般会从耳部开始动刀，顺着额头顶部（发际线后方）向一侧延伸继续切开。切口完成后，医生会去除深层组织并提拉眉毛，将切口周围多余的皮肤进行剪除，而后使用缝线或缝合钉将创面缝合。
同时进行轻微的眼睑上提操作，呈现更显年轻的面容。
手术前护理
患有高血压的患者术前必须告知于医生
为避免术后出血，术前两周应避免服用含阿司匹林和布洛芬的药物。
术前两周内请勿吸烟，因为吸烟可能会影响您对麻醉剂的反应并延长愈合过程。患有高血压的患者必须在术前告知外科医生。

术后护理
医生通常会在术后24小时内取下包扎。
缝线或缝合钉会于一周左右去除。
患者可能感觉浑身不舒服，可以通过服用止痛药缓解疼痛，具体症状因人而异。此外，患者也可能不会感到身体的不适，但感觉有一丝紧绷感。虽然感染属于极罕见的并发症，但医院会使用抗生素来减低感染风险。患者的眼部周围可能会出现肿胀和淤青症状，但以上现象一般会在术后两周内好转并消退。
术后第一个月内，患者要少做剧烈运动，如，慢跑、需要弯腰的繁重家务、性生活、以及可能让血飙升的各种活动。并且，术后几个月内需要避开较热地方和太阳直晒，如，泡温泉，蒸桑拿。
