整形外科手术
医生将对您的乳晕进行检查，以选择最佳的手术技术方案。在手术区域，切除一圈多余的乳晕组织，随后将较小的新乳晕边缘与周围皮肤进行缝合。该操作会导致乳晕周围出现小型皮褶，如果皮褶数量过多，医生可能决定将乳晕下方的皮肤纵向切除，避免出现过多的皮褶，这些皮褶会在数月逐渐自行消失。
术前护理
请告知您的外科医生您的过敏情况、既往疾病以及正在服用的药物（包括处方药和非处方药）。
术前2周应避免服用阿司匹林和血液稀释药物，如布洛芬，以减少术后出血的风险。
术前2周不应吸烟，因为吸烟可能影响您对麻醉药的反应，并延缓恢复。
患有高血压的患者必须在术前告知外科医生。
